THERE IS NO COST TO PARENTS OR STUDENTS WHO HAVE QUALIFIED FOR REGIONALS OR STATE FINALS.   COSTS LISTED ABOVE ARE FOR SCHOOLS AND/OR DISTRICTS ONLY for initial registration.  Home schools, private schools, and individuals are welcome to enter!
